Position: SPA Administrator
Responsibilities
Manage scheduling, appointment bookings, and client follow-ups.
Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction
Process transactions and oversee daily sales reconciliations.
Ensures proper coverage when it's necessary to leave the area
Resolve client complaints and ensure satisfaction
Have general knowledge and understanding of all spa facial services and products to answer questions and contribute to the sales
Maintains a monthly inventory of supplies and or products, when applicable
Qualifications
Customer service experience
Previous experience handling booking systems, cashier
Excellent communication, and work ethic
Efficient, well-organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously
Professional manner, discretion, and appearance
Excellent verbal and written skills
Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational
Strong team player
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Position: Experienced Licensed Esthetician
Qualifications
NY Esthetician License
Estheticians have a thorough knowledge of performing skin analysis and facials
Have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills
Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to be a team player and work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner
Experienced in Microdermabrasion, High Frequency, Microcurrent, Peels and other advanced therapies
Ability to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks
Have a commitment to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures as they relate to the Spa and hotel
Responsibilities
Provide consistent professional facials in accordance with spa protocols and accepted practices
Effectively communicate and educate our guests with regards to specific skincare concerns
Have complete knowledge and understanding of all spa facial services
Actively promote the spa services and products offered as well as programs or promotions available
Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously
Possess the ability to work without direct supervision
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings
